Remove Memento from Dreamweaver CS5

How can I edit Memento section Set the Show in Dreamweaver option to Never? I don't have a "Preferences" tab to click under Webassist in Dreamweaver CS5 - my Webassist drop down tabs are "CMS", Memento" & "Help". Also, my "Edit" tab has only "Preferences", not Webassist Preferences. And in my Preferences, none of the catagories are named Webassist.Thanks.
