chmod 664

chmod 664

I have found that files uploaded using Universal Email will have permissions on 640. The image will not display on various pages unless the permission is 664, for some reason. I was able to change this using cmod like this:

WA_DFP_SetupUploadStatusStruct("WA_UploadResult1") ;
chmod(WA_DFP_UploadFiles("WA_UploadResult1", "itemImage", "2", "[ExistingFileName]_[Increment]", "PNG:9", $WA_UploadResult1_Params), 664);

The problem is, this does not always work. Can you suggest a place to change this so that the file is always uploaded with permissions of 664? There are so many parts to the uploader that I think sometimes another element is bypassing this line.
