admin settings issue after updateing to PowerStore 4.5

I am stuck here

The original store was in 3, I just upgraded to 4.5x last week. All seemed to be ok, but then the settings in the admin panel did not accept changes. I have looked at the wa-settings table and it will pull up the data that is there, but when I use the admin site in the settings tab, make a change and press save changes it does not save.

I have run the script above, but still no joy. Any other ideas?
