No cart objects are available for this site

No cart objects are available for this site

I'm using the latest versions of eCart, Design Builder, and Data Bridge. I've installed and reinstalled several time. Deleted my cache several times as well. I'm using Dreamweaver 6 with Mountain Lion.

I've set up my database and site pages through Data Assist and everything is working as it should. I open a php page, select add from the eCart palette, it allows me to add a cart, but when I select any other eCart function, it says there are no carts available for this site.

As I said, I have a php file from the site open, and the folder that eCart creates is on my server as well before I try any of the other eCart functions.

What am I missing?
