Basic FB edit question

Basic FB edit question

I've created a simple contact form and everything seems to work ok. Now I need to change the color of the form "labels" from the default #b6b6b6 to black #000000 . I use FormBuilder to make the change but it doesn't show up when I check in the file to the live site?

I guess I don't understand the basics of how to use the webassist tools. Here's a few simple questions I could use answers to:

1) When I make changes, like above, using FB what files do I have to check back in to see the changes. I assume a css file is being updated to change the color of the labels to black.

2) Do I have to check out files other than the contact form before I make updates?
