Error with Databridge 1.6

I have Mac OSX Mountain Lion and Dreamweaver CS6. The only extension i have installed is Databridge. Everytime i try to add the "Insert Multiple Records" script i get an error:

while executing applyServerBehavior in WADA_MultiInsert.htm, a javaScript error occurred

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my extension. I have deleted the cache file, i have removed, renamed, and deleted my configuration file.

I have tried using the extension on a page with only the "WA Repeat Selection" script to make sure that no other scripts were conflicting. Everytime i get the same error.

Please, I am out of ideas here, can anyone help?
