Bad Paths in CSS Menu

All extensions are current - Win 7 Professional 64bit, CS5.

Using Framework; create a horizontal menu. Either local testing server or remote server, index.php link is okay. Two other pages created so far the nav adds /Templates to the link path.

Path is consistent for all links in the menu.php file.

Problem can be viewed here. Roll over "Select Teacher" and "Donation List" to see the error.

Files involved are attached. . .

ETA: Pages made with the same template not using Framework are fine.

Solved -- I had put an old footer into the DWT file. There were hard links to pages that are also referenced in the menu; those links had the no path in them, and were therefore referenced to the Template folder. When I set the link paths in the DWT to ../ the problem went away. .
