No Live Edit

I have just installed PowerCMS Builder and although I am able to add/edit content using admin_cms, I am not able to use the Live Edit. What I encounter is a broken image link (D:/Inetpub/windrush/images/CMSedit.png) and the following "error on page" message in IE: "Permission Denied".
