Fair point you make not much I can say to that, except im sure they will take the things you have said and value what you are saying to improving themselves.
on a lighter note, isnt competition between designers/developers etc good to help self-improvement. For myself I seen what other WebAssist users have done and that inspires me to better myself. When I read things that other customers say on this forum, it teaches me so much, and trains my brain into thinking about various other directions etc in development.
