Link and file upload error

I'm trying to create a text link to a .pdf file that i need to upload in the long description of a product. I had done this successfully for several products but now I'm getting this error:

Warning: require_once(../../../../Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/16/d401096324/htdocs/webassist/kfm/configuration.php on line 1

All my connection info is correct and is being used by other pages successfully. Please advise on how to resolve this. Much thanks!
