Design Extender DB Connection(s)?

Design Extender DB Connection(s)?

I probably misread something...

I am trying to use Design Extender to build a new site using Site Sculpter. I first add a new blank database with a working connection in Dreamweaver and then run Site Sculpter. I alway end up with two database connections: my first connection to my database that I created and a new connection to the same database named PowerCMSConnection where all the tables are created. Is this correct?

How or in what order should I create the database connection? I have deleted the Mac.cache file and run the wizard multiple times with the same results. What step am I missing?

Thanks for a reply.
