Where are the cool templates? Where is the flash?

Where are the cool templates? Where is the flash?

After getting blindsided by a client who showed me some awesome templates for Wordpress I started looking around more and wondering where are all of the great templates for a Dreamweaver applications? Why is there no Flash in any of the templates provided by WebAssist? In addition, how do I achieve some of the features shown on the WebAssist web site itself? The menu system doesn't look like anything I could make easily with CSS Menu Writer. What about the "accordion" type items that appear in each FAQ section??? How do I make something like that.
