I spent about an hour being disparaged by this upshot Jason and still issues were not resolved. He came equiped with a chip on his shoulder being very unpleasant. Even the lady who sits in the next office remarked "that guy talking to you on the phone sounded very rude"; she asked why I let him do that to me. This guy (Jason) should not be supporting customers --- he is too full of himself lacking the needed patience to effectively deal with customers issues.
Here is the bottom line for me:
(i) I spend way too much time trying to make the software that I purchased from webassist to work.
(ii) For example UE works sometime and does not work most of the time --- it should not be like that. It should work all the time, this is just the logic of the truth table.
(ii) Menu Writer builds Menus that have no connections to the pages they are supposed to be connected to.
I have all of Web Assist Software --- I must say that I don't use them as much as I ought to. The reason being that, website building is not primary to me. That said --- I still expect to be able to use this software without grief.
