Power CMS issue

I've created my site with Site Builder uploaded it and all is fine. I then went to add CMS. I did as the instructions said and highlighted and clicked on add. this created a lot of files which I uploaded to my website. I noticed that one file was install_cms so I navigated to there and went through the install procedure. All went well, it said completed but then left me with a blank scereen. I noticed another folder is admin_cms so I try to go to sakthiyogastudio.com/admin_cms/index.php and I end up with a very pretty blank white page. So what's missing?
