Securing Checkout function Powerstor 4.5

I have read alot about secure certificates in various posts but I haven't really seen the answer I'm looking for (I may have missed it)

I am using PowerStore 4.5 and want to make sure the store's checkout processes are secure. I have purchased the secure certificate and am ready to modify what I need to but I'm not sure where to modify to do this.

I am looking secure everything after the Checkout button is clicked. We are using as the payment gateway so CC info is entered on the site and then processed.

Could you tell me where I need to make the changes and on what pages they need to change to enable the security of the certificate?
