iRite activation offline

I recently changed computers that I use dreamweaver on and transfered all of my extentions (to the new laptop), it seems that iRite cant activate.

When I first open the extention for use it displays the activation box as per normal except that the message displays "No Internet Connection Detected" even though I am online.

After inserting the activation code the message box displays "Serial number verified."

but after clicking Activate the message shows "Unexpected Error: 2. - Activation can not be completed. Visit WebAssist.com and submit a technical Support Request"

...

How can I fix this?
