Yes, I understand that the name is not showing. But i need a little more detail.

First name? or both First and last? before you mentioned only first name?

Is it not showing in the Billing section of the email?

The Shipping section of the email?

Or both?

I cant "see" what you are seeing, so i need it spelled out to know what to look for.
