any way of recreating webassist folder structure?

no, that is not a function that web assist tools include.

you would need to go into each extension that was used and edit one of the behaviors to recreate the webassist folder structure.

in ome cases (like universal email, css menu writer, and pro maps to name a few), there are files that are created for the content of an instance of the an extension on a page, these would not be recreated if deleted.

you would be better off making a backup of the webassist folder than relying on the tools to recreate it.
