PowerStore3 SSL HELP!

I need to know how to get the checkout pages secure using the https: protocol in PS3. I found a thread that said PS4.5 will automatically detect the SSL and secure the page upon checkout. I figured maybe this was the case also with PS3, however, when i add a product to the cart, then click checkout, there is no SSL security, no padlock up next to the URL and no https: in the url address.
The website is www.keepemsharpinc.com and, yes, the SSL cert is installed.
Maybe a step by step instruction would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!
