Selecting records from 12 month date range from 4 digit year.

I started to post this question in the SA forum because I want this criteria to control login, but I also want to use it on other pages in recordsets (select statements, queries). Please forgive my lack of knowing the correct terms.

For many of our club activities, especially logging into the Members Only page (login pages created with SA), I would like to be based on the member being current in their dues. I have a column “Dues_Paid” which contains the 4 digit year that the member has paid and is considered “Current”. The date range of December 1st to the following November 30th further defines “Current”

What php code would I add (to the select statement) to select records where “Dues_Paid” equals any date within the range of December 01 to November 30 of the current year?

As I am a rookie please be as specific as possible with your suggestions.
