UE4 error message

I'm creating an automated email for order notification. When I test on my local server (Ma c OS 10.6, using PHP 5.3.6/MySQL 5.0.8), it runs fine. When I run it on remote web server (PHP 4.4.7/MySQL 4.1.22), I get the following errors:

As I understand system requirements, UE4 needs PHP 4.2+/MySQL 4 or 5, so the difference between test and production software shouldn't matter.

If you can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
