anti spam features

I notice the pre built contact form solution pack has been discontinued? Pity as I have used it twice before succesfully.
I have some questions re using CSS form buider instead and hopefully it's just as easy to use as the soutions pack?

1.Most importantly, does CSS form builder have at least the same anti spam security features as the re built solutions pack? (user interface level and server side)
For example the solution pack had Captcha, random question and was coded to prevent 'email injection' - would a contact form output from CSS form builder have at least this level of security?(user interface level and server side)
2.Can I place the form in a div and then style it using CSS?
3.Can I use the forms on more than one domain?
