Storing an Email Value in the Session Variable

Thread began 11/30/2011 10:58 am by cherry8723424721 | Last modified 11/30/2011 1:48 pm by cherry8723424721 | 659 views | 4 replies

Storing an Email Value in the Session Variable

When doing an insert with DA's Insert Record Wizard, in the Session Variable field I select Email as the Key Column, which generates the Session Variable "profiles_Email". But the value the Wizard stores in that Session variable is not the user's Email, it's the record ID.

I have named the Email column in my DB as "Unique", hoping it would help, but it doesn't. Is it really possible to store any value in the Session Variable other than the ID value?

Thank you for your attention
