No image insert after Insert or Upload

No image insert after Insert or Upload

Hello there,
I've done something I've did already a lot of times: prepare an Insert/Update form using Digital File Pro. I've done all the passages as usual, and my pages work fine on my local server: the insert images shown even on the page and the path to the folder is clearly inserted in the db table.
Now what's the problem? I've uploaded all the pages to my customer's server and - as usual - I've made an inserting test.
All the text part are inserted properly... but not the image path. So when I click "Insert" the image I've choosen is not placed in the propert folder and its path is not written in the proper table fileld.

Any suggestion?
Please its quite urgent (possibly...).
