Recordset Paging gives dubble title tags

A page with a "recordset paging" (e.g. : ....asp?offset=8, ....asp?offset16, ...) has on all pages the same title tag & description.
"Googles webmastertools - Diagnostics - HTML-suggestions" gives here a "warning" for dubble title tags (and/or description tags).

Is there a way to fix this ?
