file upload problem in DataAssist / UE4

file upload problem in DataAssist / UE4

If I add UE4 / file upload functionality in an insert page following this (excellent) documentation: dfp_da_insert_update_ht.pdf

it still does not work sometimes, due to a missing attribute in the <form> tag. I have to add enctype="multipart/form-data" manually, so that its something like:
<form action="news_Insert.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="WADAInsertForm" id="WADAInsertForm">

Does UE4 not check this attribute? I use DataAssist 2.0.8 (maybe THE BEST WA Extension)

any idea?
