Need Paypal Extension for Dreamweaver MX

PayPal Extension

Here's my problem. I have an older version of Dreamweaver MX, which I would consider upgrading if you can help me. I need to do the following:

1. Create PayPal Donate buttons where there are pull down menus for selecting what a person is donating to.
2. Allow the customer donate any amount of money that he wants to.
3. Allow the customer to add up to 200 characters of text to describe what the donation is for.

I would like to use your free product, or purchase something, if necessary, to allow me to easily solve my problem Paypal donation button problem. Which of your products, if any, would work for me, assuming I upgrade my Dreamweaver?
