checkout wizard

Thank you! That did work. Unfortunately, I proceeded right into the shipping_failure.php with the following message:

Shipping Quote Failed
We're sorry
S is not a valid unit of measurement for weight for this shipment

I am not sure where to go from here. I do not know where UPS is picking up a "S" value for weight or how to fix this error. I have tried several things including the checkout set-up several times. Other than obtaining an account and a XML access key from UPS, do I need anything else for shipping set-up other than the information/questions presented within the checkout wizard? The steps ask for product L x W x H attributes, but not directly for the product weight.

Much appreciation for your any help/direction on this.
