CSS Sculptor wont load

CSS Sculptor wont load

Have been using this fine until system crash and had to reinstall everything. All other extensions ok but if i try to run CSS Sculptor i get the attached error

Whilst executing onload in Wacs_Wizard.htm, the following JS error occurred

In file Wacs_Wizard
initializeUI is not defined

am using 1.15 and have uninstalled, rebooted DW CS4 and resintalled.

same error..

any ideas? need it urgently!
