PowerCMS Builder breaks page after install to site

No, there is not a way to have CMS Builder install the CMS files to a sub directory of the site at this time. A feature request has been made by a few people to change that though, so it may be different story in future versions of Power CMS Builder.

For now, it is better to avoid using the same file names as CMS Builder to prevent the conflict.
