eCart 5 Database Issue

I’ve created a website utilizing eCart 5.0.3. I’m trying to create a simple invoice so it can be printed and included in the product shipment and it involves pulling data from 3 tables. I am able to get the data from all three tables but it doesn’t echo the shipping, tax or order total (I have attached the page code). Can anyone tell me why I’m getting all the data except these 3 fields? Here is a link to look at a live view of the text order invoice.php?OrderID=6

The shipping should be 12.58, tax should be 8.75 and the total should be 996.33
