SS CMS error when pasting and updating pages

Thread began 7/20/2011 12:01 pm by nuhu.abdulkadir418811 | Last modified 7/21/2011 1:24 pm by nuhu.abdulkadir418811 | 1277 views | 7 replies

Done that and more already

Yes, I have posted from Word and its still giving the same error.

Pasted in Komodo Edit and changed the encoding on the file settings to UTF-8 and pasted in the CMS..... still giving error. Went to the database file (pcms2_contenthistory) via Navicat to the concerned under the HistoryValue column and pasted there .... still same problem (throws up error 1366). Checked with database encoding and selected UTF-8 Unicode/utf8_general_ci and still not working. Tried latin1/latin1_swedish_ci and still throws up the error.

I could have pulled off my hair (if I had any) by now and really do not know what else to try. When my client types the content in, it updates but pasting simply does not work.
