Debugging Payflow Failed transaction

Can someone give mehelp to debug a failed Payflow Pro transaction ?

I added the local checkout response bi9nding to the page and I dragged the full response binding

<?php echo(_Result("Full Response")) ?>

on the page, but nothing appears

when i displayed php errors, i got

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _Result() in D:\vhosts\csc_payflowpro\Store\checkout_failure.php on line 144

also, (just for my peace of mind) if the lines

$PP_PayPro_required[0][$nextIndex] = "TESTING";
$PP_PayPro_required[1][$nextIndex] = "true";

the transaction always seems to be a success

$PP_PayPro_required[0][$nextIndex] = "TESTING";
$PP_PayPro_required[1][$nextIndex] = "false";

the transaction always seems to fail. Is this what I should expect ? ie if the account criteria are correct, the transaction would always succeed in a test environment, regardless of the c/c info.
