Post Code Search and Validations ASP Classic and Accesss Database

I want to add new functionality to a property search engine.

1 - when a user adds a post code (UK) when adding a property, the address details are validated (i.e. correct address, county, country)

2 - when visitors want to search for a property - a function that allows to search with distance (i.e. +5 miles. + 10 miles + 15 miles, +20 miles)

Currently each property detail is added to one table. Do I need to create a table with all UK Post Codes?

How do I formulate the search form to look for post codes with a certain distance?

Are there any tutorials?

Many thanks
