If, when previewing your contact form on your local testing server, you find the Captcha graphic is not displaying, you may need to enable the GD library on your local web server.

The WebAssist Extensions have been used to apply functionality throughout the WebAssist Solution Packs.  In many cases, you can use your extensions to modify the functionality of the Solution Pack to suit your needs.

There are an endless number of modifications that can be made to a Solution using a WebAssist Extension.  However, in order for someone to succeed with modifying a Solution with a WebAssist Extension, make sure to complete these steps:

1. Become familiar with the extension you are going to use before attempting to make changes.
   
   Refer to each product's Getting Started Guide for information.  In particular, note how to reenter the product's interface to make changes. If you have never used the particular extension before, you should probably learn by applying the product to a separate site before changing the Solution Pack functionality.
   
   
2. Define a Dreamweaver site where the solution pack files are at the root of the site.
   
   This is necessary for WebAssist extensions to find the appropriate files for making any modifications.
   
   
3. Set up a local testing server for running PHP and MySQL if necessary.
   If you intend to make dynamic changes that will need to reference your database, you will likely need to have defined a testing server.

Note: To avoid breaking functionality in the Solution, it is important that you become familiar with the Extension first.  You should also confirm that the particular extension was used when creating the solution before trying to use it for making changes.
