How it works

A WebAssist instructor will connect to your computer and directly access your desktop using Breeze while guiding you via voice-over-phone. Our instructor will guide you through your specific development task in a one-on-one personalized setting.

Rates

Mentor Training can be reserved in one to two (1-2) hour blocks at $200 per hour. Appointments are available during normal business hours and are subject to instructor availability so email sales@webassist.com with your training request.

Billing

Payment for mentor training is billable immediately upon completion of your training session. You will be billed a minimum of 1 hour, but will be billed in 15 minute increments for any time spent in the meeting. Session reservation requires that payment information is supplied in advance of your scheduled training time.

Cancellation

Notice is required 1 business day in advance to cancel a training appointment and avoid billing. Sessions cancelled without appropriate notice will be charged in full.
