WebAssist offers a host of knowledge via our community forums, as well as free product resources (hover over the main Support menu and click on a product). Should you have a question that has not been answered via these resources, please post in our forums and a WebAssist technical support representative or member of our community will respond to your thread.

Known Issues

This section helps resolve general issues commonly found with our products and website. For known issues with individual products, please go to the download center and click on the product.

Dreamweaver crashes/freezes after installaing or upgrading an extension

The extension manager creates a file upon installation or upgrade that often causes this issue. There is a simple resolution documented in this technote.

Can't download from the download center using Internet Explorer

Close all instances of Internet Explorer and then try downloading again. If this still does not work, please install the latest version of Firefox or Safari as these browsers do not exhibit this issue.
