Google Search > Results
This wizard allows you to add a Google Search form to your web page, allowing you to configure the search options available, how the results page will display your logo, and the colors used for the various types of text and links displayed in the results.

Google API v3 Key:

Search Name: This is the name of the current search. This is mostly used if more than one search is being done on a page

The following details the account settings needed to use Google Search:
Google API v3 Key:
- API Key: Your Google API key can be found by going to your Google API Console, then clicking API Access from the left hand menu. More information can be found on obtaining an API key here
Custom Search Definition:
- Unique ID: To obtain your Unique ID, you'll need to go to your Search Engine Control Panel, create a new Search Engine, then click My Search Engines on the left side navigation, then click the control panel link for the newly created search engine. After that, just copy the Unique ID
- URL: The URL to a linked CSE file
General
The following details the general settings for your search results:
Search Name: This is the name of the current search. This is mostly used if more than one search is being done on a page
- Name: The name of the search
Rows and Navigation in Results: Due to a limit in Google, only 100 search results are ever returned at a time. The number of Max Rows multiplied by the Navigation pages should be equal to 100.
- Maximum Rows: The maximum number of rows of results shown per Navigation Page
- Navigation Pages: The number of pagination pages that will be shown. Each Navigation page will display the Maximum Rows of results
Link Target:
- Target: A list of allstandard available page targets when people click result links
Restrict Domain: Due to a limit in Google, only 100 search results are ever returned at a time. The number of Max Rows multiplied by the Navigation pages should be equal to 100.
- Domain: This field is available ( but not required ) to enter domains you do not wish appearing in your search results.
Design > Global
The following details the global design settings for your Results page:
Font:
- Style: A list of available font families. Leave blank for page default
Page:
- Border: The border color for the page
- Background: The background color for the page
Page Navigation:
- Border: The border color around the navigational elements on the page
- Text Color: The color of the text within the navigational elements
Current Page:
- Background: The background color of the page
- Text color: The color of the non-link text on the page
Design > Results
The following details the settings specifically related to the results shown on screen:
Row:
- Border: The color of the border around each search result
- Background: The background of the search result rows
- Hover Border: The color of the border that will appear around a search result when the mouse is hovered over it
- Hover Background: The background color that will display when the mouse is hovered over a search result
Details:
- Link: The border color for the page
- Visited Link: The background color for the page
- Hover Link: The color of links when the mouse is hovered over them
- Active Link: The color of active links
- Description: The color of description of the result
- URL Text: The color of the text that displays the URL of the result
