You can add URL Variable bindings to the Bindings panel

open the bindings panel (Window -> Bindings). Click the plus button and select URL Variable. Set the binding name to the URL variable name that you use in your site links.

When Adding a Dynamic Plugin, you can click the lightning bolt icon next to trigger and select the URL Variable binding that you created.

I got the following result as displayed in the attached file, after adding all the links needed, I got this popup saying "One or more configured options have the same Variable Value...." does this seems to mean I'm doing the right thing as described or not?

Please your response will be appreciated, thanks!

For each plugin you have the same value:
[NewValue]

in the variable value setting.

The variable value setting should be the value of the URL variable in your links that you want to control which plugin gets loaded.

Mr Jason Byrnes, I'm still not getting it right when I tested it locally in my browser, the plugins pages didn't load within the control page but rather load itself.

these are the steps I took to acomplish the Frame Work Builder task as follows:

forinstance, I created a home-page named "zulu.php" and on the home-page, I have two other pages in the "plugin" folder that I want to display within the home-page named "about.php" & "services.php"

I want you to take note of my wrong steps from here down:

- I added a URL variable to the Binding panel as instructed and I named it zulu. therefore, my Trigger Variable field then becomes: $_GET['zulu']

- My page title / plug-in source and variable value then goes as follows:

page title / plug-in source | Variable Value[new value]

-plugins/about.php [about.php]
-plugins/services.php [services.php]

Please point out my mistakes and guide me through the right steps from the example I took above

the problem is that you are passing the page name as a part of the URL variable.

your links should pass the zulu URL variable to the zulu.php page, for example:

zulu.php?zulu=about

or:
zulu.php?zulu=services

then in the settings for the plugin, use:
page title / plug-in source | Variable Value[new value]

-plugins/about.php [about]
-plugins/services.php [services]

I'm still missing out something that I need to know....

How does the steps goes by passing my links through the zulu URL variable to the zulu.php page in this very case, in order to be in this form for example:

zulu.php?zulu=about ===> where do I get the question sign and equal sign that's in between?

or

zulu.php?zulu=services ===> where do I get the question sign and equal sign that's in between?

The part explained below is very clear now except for the one ontop(above)

then in the settings for the plugin, use:
page title / plug-in source | Variable Value[new value]

-plugins/about.php [about]
-plugins/services.php [services]

you have to type those variables into your links manually. when you create the links, you need to add the url vairable to the href:

<a href="zulu.php?zulu=about">about</a>

<a href="zulu.php?zulu=services">services</a>
