PS 4.5 Admin area themes edit error

When admin attempts to edit an existing theme the user is getting this error:

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/content/58/8127658/html/webassist/plugins/styler/styler.php on line 100

Warning: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: I/O warning : failed to load external entity "../../themes/temp_editing/theme_settings.xml" in /home/content/58/8127658/html/webassist/plugins/styler/styler.php on line 103

This is probably due to file permissions issues.

Try this:

1) delete the webassist/themes/temp_editing folder
2) use an ftp program like filezilla to update the permissions of the webassist folder and all of its subfolders and files to: 755
3) replace the admin/common/properties.php page with the one attached
4) replace the webassist/plugins/styler/styler.php page with the one attached

Then try it again and see if it works.

500 Internal Error after adding custom template

I performed the above steps but I'm still getting the same error. I'm using PowerStore 4.5.
