css is not causing the problem.
it is being caused by using a differnt html markup style on the our team page.
on the our team page, there is a headertext div
<div id="headertext">
before the navigation div.
<div id="header">
<div id="headertext">
<p id="meettheteam"> Meet the Team »</p>
<p id="headerpara">In business since 1986, Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company has a well-deserved reputation for service
and professionalism within the real estate lending industry. Our team consisted of experience and enthusiastic
agents who are happy to assist you through the loan process. </p>
</div>
<div id="navigationmenu">
<ul class="level-0" id="cssmw0">
<li><a href="/~sequoia9/index.php">Home </a></li>
<li class="parent"><a href="/~sequoia9/sequoiapacificmortgage-team.php">Our Team</a>
<ul class="level-1">
<li><a href="/~sequoia9/sequoiapacificmortgage-team.php#DennisHarter">Dennis Harter</a></li>
<li><a href="/~sequoia9/sequoiapacificmortgage-team.php#FrancieForchini">Francine Forchini</a></li>
<li><a href="/~sequoia9/sequoiapacificmortgage-team.php#RobertFields">Robert Fields</a></li>

<li><a href="/~sequoia9/sequoiapacificmortgage-team.php#JackiePeterson">Jackie Peterson </a></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><a href="/~sequoia9/sequoia-pacific-mortgage-programs.php">Our Programs</a></li>
<li><a href="/apply.php">Apply Now</a></li>
<li><a href="/~sequoia9/contact-us.php">Contact Us</a></li>
<li><a href="http://www.sequoiapacificmortgage.wordpress.com">Our Blog</a></li>
</ul>
<script type="text/javascript">if(window.attachEvent) { window.attachEvent("onload", function() { cssmw0.intializeMenu('cssmw0',{select_current: 2, orientation: 1}); }); } else if(window.addEventListener) { window.addEventListener("load", function() { cssmw0.intializeMenu('cssmw0',{select_current: 2, orientation: 1}); }, true); }</script> </div>
</div>
on the other pages, you do not use the header text div, there is just a paragraph after the navigation div closes.
