Cannot Load Image uploader in Editor

I am having a problem uploading images with the editor. It says to provide the sudirectory that is set in your site settings. But I cannot find where or how to get the site settings up. I also cannot find the edit site settings button it talks about in the help. Any help on this would be great. The way the site was it worked great. But ever since I updated the editor I have been having nothing but problems.

Now I can not even open the editor to edit it. It force shuts down Dreamweaver. Any Suggestions would be great.

The Site settings can be set by going to Webassist -> HTMLEditor -> Site Settings.

for the problems with crashing, have you tried deleting the Dreamweaver file from the users configuration folder?
