deleting cache

what's weird is that i deleted the file previously and now went back and found it there again. I deleted it again and found that it is asking me to reactivate the software. i have no internet connection and so what do i do now. i want to keep this computer off the internet, if possible.

That file will get recreated by DW if it does not exist.

the computer will need to be connected to the internet when using the WebAssist extensions. They cannot be used offline.

I believe this may be causing your issues with eCart as well.
