Universal Email 4 - Date format question

I noticed when i submitted an online form in universal email 4 that the date and time is in a US format. I would like to change it to Australian and have the time zone of where i live and not the east coast time of the USA. I would also like to know how i can limit the upload file size within the online form.

Can you show me what you're getting? A screenshot please?
Also show me what you're wanting as your result instead of the US east coast version.

Lastly... Where is your web server physically located?

Cheers :)

Time zone

Thanks for responding.

i have a test form located here article_submission/

i want to limit the size of the file upload and when the data is sent to my email address i would like the time and date to be in Perth Western Australian format. I found how to change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY but this time is still showing east coast USA time. Please view the screenshot attached of the submitted form.

looks like you using the following code for showing the date:

php:
<?php

echo(date('d-m-y | H:i:s a T'));
?>

this will use the timezone that the server is set to;

to change the timezone used, you could change that to:

php:
<?php

date_default_timezone_set
('Australia/Perth');
echo(
date('d-m-y | H:i:s a T'));
?>

a list of availabel time zones can be found here:
timezones.php

to validate the uploaded files files size, you will need to edit the server validations applied to the page.

Go to Window -> Server behaviors. Double Click on the Server validations server behavior.

Select number validation, then click the lightning bolt next to server variable, select the File Size binding from the from collection. Set the maximum number to the maximum size you wish to allow in bytes. For example to allow 2MB, the maximum number will be 2097152
