Private Ticket needed from Technical Support

I am in serious trouble with my client now - I posted yesterday, last night, and today with
no answer to my problem and my client is up my rear and screaming bloody murder. I have another build of PowerStore 3 that is functioning perfectly so I know my way around the program and know I set it up correctly because when I set up the payflow gateway with Authorize.net everything worked and did actual transactions. Two weeks later after loading more product in no sales will go through. I requested new authorization codes from Authorize.Net and plugged them in, nothing. I added a NEW product and voila! it worked.
I tried an older product and it wouldn't go through....I went back AGAIN and added another
new product...WOULDN'T WORK...so what now? I need help asap or I am going to lose this client, a whole lot of money and a ridiculous amount of time loading product if this can't get straightened out. Please help me as soon as you can - the site in question is index.php

PROBLEM FIGURED OUT - What a pain....

After perusing the support forums for the last 8 hours I stumbled across one particular instance of Authorize.Net not supporting a ' apostrophe in the product name. I changed several product names to change this and lo and behold it worked..but also having to entirely rewrite the cart, short and long term descriptions. I have about 12-15 hours of programming now to do completely over because of the number of products and all the specific conditional changes for each..peachy...

so the error being returned is:
:Line item 1 is invalid.:

line item 1 in the request is:
x_line_item=182<|>Buck N Cute Changing Pad<|>
Buck N Cute Changing Pad NCP1

<|>1<|>12<|>YES&

it looks like the problem is in the description being passed.

Check the description for this item for special characters or html coding.

I erased the description and wrote new simple descriptions on each item..removed all punctuation as well...what the heck else do I have to do!!?

It shouldn't be this difficult, it's ridiculous and makes me not want to use this shopping cart anymore... I have it set up with paypal on another account and it works perfectly so is this a coding problem on WebAssist's end because it is not set up for Authorize.net correctly? My customer already has an account and is locked in for a year with them and me trying to persuade him to change to Paypal doesn't seem right - your sales team states that it works with Authorize. So what would you suggest?

We resolved this in a connect meeting, the problem was caused by the following in the html entity for a space:
& #160;

in the cart description.
