Hi When I upload to the remote server I only seme to get the hover states.

When testing locally with MAMP all is ok. See attachement.

Is it something with the paths in the menu php file?

HELP!

I don't see the problem.... what exactly is the issue on the remote menu? What is wrong with it?

Well, maybe the screenshot is to small then.

The remote one is only showing the hover style. screenshot 1

Testing locally with MAMP works ok. See screenshot 2.

Strange ...

OK I see now... that is all handled by the menu.css file. Are you sure that file was uploaded properly.

I wish I could browse both and compare to see what the exact issue is, but it would seem it would have to be the menu.css file not being updated.

If you update your contact information we can call and debug with you directly and look into the problem with you so that we can fully diagnose the issue.

Well actually you can

Its only going to be on for a few hours.

But strange thing is that the problem is there now also.

When testing from MAMP I have something like
new/

So I figure it must be something with the paths in the menue php file.

Since I have the CSSMenuWriter folder one level up in the directory structure.

I also have used the beta build 2.04. Could that be a cause?

indextest.php

Works!

So is it not possible to have the menu in another directory?

It should be possible, but if it uses images you would have to make sure that you updated the paths in the .css file to reflect the proper directory structure.

neilo

Hi Olle,

All looks good from here! The only thing you may want to adjust is the width of the level-1 submenus, as a couple of the links are a bit long to fit in to the 100px width it has been given. Changing the width to 155px seems to fix it.
