DataAssist errors

I keep getting multiple errors with DataAssist pages. I usually get the error Key column has no properties; While executing timer in WA_site tools_progressV2.htm the followi ng java script error occurred; Get available column by name (wa.dataassist_settings.available_columns, keyCol

I tried deleting the .dat file with no luck.

I made sure that the table has a primary key column.

here is an updated copy of the /Configuration/Shared/WebAssist/DataAssist/PageGeneration.js file that should correct the issue

for help locating the users configuration folder, see the Common installation issues page:
common_installation_issues.php

if you continue getting the same error, please provide some more details about When and where the error occurs and the settings being used for your application and your table structure

Java script error

The error that I get is "While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_progressV2.htm, the following JavaScript error occurred:
At line 2049 of the "C:\......\en_US\Configuration\Floaters\WA_SiteToolsProgress\/2.js" get available columns by name(wa.dataassist_settings.available_columns,keyCol) has no properties

Please do not tell me to delete the .dat file, I have done that numerous times.

Where do I install the pagegeneration.js?

New install of mxp gives error in Dreamweaver

Similar to the ones mentioned above, I am getting errors when Dreamweaver opens. I redownloaded and reinstalled the .mxp file but got the same errors the second time.

"Unable to find file WA_SiteTools.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

Two other similar errors follow this one.

DW is working and DataBridge seems to work as well - but I've only done a couple of things - so who knows what this will effect.

Suggestions?

to correct the floaters error, reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

for the other errors, can you give some more details on When the error occurs, what application settings you are selecting and the database table structure.

thanks

That worked. I think all my errors were related to that.
