image resizer & CMS

I just started playing with image resizer on a site which already has CMS installed, (from sitesculptor if I remember rightly)

On the one page I have utilised it, I get the error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rel2abs() (previously declared in D:\vhosts\mjtcatering\webassist\caching\CachedResize_Image.php:307) in D:\vhosts\mjtcatering\WA_CMS\library.php on line 21

i can edit out the functions in the library.php page, but this affects all other pages using the CMS.

here are updated copies of the webassist/framework/library.php and webassist/caching/CachedResize_Image.php files that should correct the problem.
