Printing Shipping Labels

Powerstore 3 allows for using UPS, Fedex and USPS as the shipping and does a great job integrating with their API's.

Is there a way to use the API to simply print out a shipping label directly from the backend admin so we don't have to retype in the order into ups.com or Fedex.com?

No, the API Used in power store is for Rate Lookup only, it does not include functionality to automatically print the labels.

Can I print shipping labels through the PowerStore interface?

Has USPS shipping label functionality been integrated in PS 4.5 so that I can print a receipt and a label right from the Admin section without having to copy and paste the shipping info from PayPal to a Word document?

I don't use FedEx or UPS, only US Post Office shipping.

Thanks again WA.

USPS barcoded labels?

Can you suggest the best method to acquire a USPS label "THAT MATCHES" the shipping charged in PowerStore 4.5 so that I can just print labels from home and stick them on the box with the correct postage (Barcode) already on the label? The client wants to have USPS pick the items up at his location.

Is this scenario even possible?

Thank you.

you would need to use a tool like the USPS shipping assistant to print the labels:

Syncing USPS Shipping Assistant with PS 4.5

So if I install USPS Shipping Assistant and add my API details, etc., I will be able to print a corresponding label and corresponding postage for all completed orders in my store through Shipping Assistant?

Shipping Assistant will "show and allow me" to print the customer details and the "Same" shipping rate the customer was charged during checkout onto labels?

No extra custom coding required?

you have to enter the details into the shipping assistant interface
where it is shipping from

how it is shipping to, etc...
