2 SA Folders created?

I have the latest SA version installed in DW CS5.5.

The SA Wizard has created the following folder structures in my project;

WA_SecurityAssist/Helper.PHP.php
WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGropusRules.PHP.php
WA_SecurityAssist/Mail.PHP.php
WA_SecurityAssist/WA_RandomPassword.php

and

webassist/security_assist/helper.php
webassist/security_assist/helpergropusrules.php.php
webassist/security_assist/mail.php.php

This is really confusing.
Why has this happened?
Which do I keep?

the WA_SecurityAssist/ folder is created by security assist 1

the webassist/security_assist/ is created by security assist 2
